A moment captured by my daughter at my home in Portugal
You could say life nudged me (sometimes pushed!) toward becoming a coach, as it turns out, I was always destined to help people find their way—starting with my own winding path of discoveries.
My professional background? It’s quite a mosaic—spanning entrepreneurship, talent acquisition, public relations, and corporate consulting across various settings. This range of experience allows me to deeply empathize with your professional struggles and aspirations, offering unique insights and strategies that few others can.
Even though coaching and mentoring have been an integral part of my career, it was life’s highs and lows that truly deepened my understanding of personal growth and transformation. These experiences didn’t just teach me resilience—they nudged me to seek a deeper meaning of life.
During my most challenging moments, I found solace and guidance in the teachings of Buddhism, Daoism, and the wisdom of great thinkers like Ram Dass, Alan Watts, Eckhart Tolle, and coaches like Michael Neill and Peter Crone. Each, in their own unique way, revealed universal truths: that we are all deeply interconnected, that we possess an inherent brilliance capable of guiding us toward our fullest potential, and that inner freedom comes from understanding and aligning with the flow of life.
For most of my life, though, I operated as a highly logical, “left-brained” person. I believed the world was governed strictly by man-made rules and logic, and I was almost allergic to anything that seemed remotely “spiritual.” I couldn’t accept the idea that we weren’t fully in control of our lives, and I resisted the notion that forces beyond reason might influence us.
But everything changed when I experienced the profound loss of a loved one. I was overcome with sadness, and the logical framework I’d always relied on was no longer enough to make sense of my pain. It was in those dark moments that I was forced to look at life differently, to open myself up to the possibility that there was more to existence than what I could rationalize. That shift, though slow and difficult, allowed me to begin healing and eventually see life through a more expansive and interconnected lens.
The Turning Point
In 2021, I came full circle when I was introduced to quantum physics through my first experience with TimeWaver, a ground breaking tool that works with the Information Field. It was almost as if the universe had been playing a game of hide and seek with me—revealing TimeWaver at the perfect moment, like a puppet master pulling the strings. It felt as though it had appeared just to answer my previous yearning for logical explanations.
I was fascinated to discover scientific principles that not only resonated with the spiritual insights I had been exploring but also satisfied my need for logic. Even though I no longer rely solely on logic, I still see how valuable it is for people wired like me. Since then, I have been studying and applying these insights, both in my own life and in my coaching. This understanding has helped my clients unlock hidden patterns and achieve transformative results far more quickly than traditional methods alone.
Two Ways to Live: Linear Striving or Vertical Awakening
Through years of inner inquiry, client sessions, and learning to listen deeply to life itself, I’ve come to see this: there are two fundamentally different ways we can live — and the path we choose changes everything.
The linear path is the one most people unconsciously follow — the default path shaped by external expectations and unconscious patterns. It’s linear, logical, and built on the belief that life is a straight line: past, present, future. If we do the right things, follow the rules, work hard, and tick all the boxes, then maybe — just maybe — our future will be better.
This is the model of constant striving: from a smaller home to a bigger one, from an okay job to a better one, from surviving to succeeding. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that — many of us go through it. But it often leaves people feeling tired, unfulfilled, and disconnected from a deeper sense of purpose. That’s the “rat race,” and it’s why so many are quietly wondering, “Is this it?”
The vertical path is the one I’m deeply passionate about. It’s about rising in consciousness, gaining a higher perspective, and seeing life from above the patterns that once kept you stuck. Instead of moving forward in a straight line, you ascend — and from that elevation, everything starts to look different.
You begin to recognize the beliefs you’ve inherited, the fears you’ve internalized, and the roles you’ve outgrown. And from this expanded view, you no longer need to fix yourself — you simply see through the illusion that you were ever broken. That’s where true liberation begins.
I often think of this work as hiking up a mountain. At the base, everything feels dense — the path is unclear, and your view is limited. But as you ascend, the landscape begins to open. You start to see the terrain more clearly: the patterns, the path, the possibilities. The struggle doesn't disappear, but it begins to make sense. You begin to realize that what once felt like confusion, failure, or stuckness was never a reflection of your worth — only a reflection of the conditioning you were living inside.
The real shift isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about rising above unconscious programming and remembering that, at your core, you are already whole.
If this speaks to something inside you — a quiet knowing that there’s more to life than what you’ve been taught — I invite you to explore what this journey looks like in practice.

知人者智,自知者明,胜人者有力,自胜者强。 Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is power.

If you’ve been working hard to figure things out — and still feel like something’s missing — maybe what you need isn’t more effort, but a new way of seeing. This is the path I invite you to walk with me — a sacred unfolding through four phases that support you in returning to the truth of who you are.

Meet my Copilot - TimeWaver Quantum Technology
While the 4Rs guide the inner process of transformation, TimeWaver acts as a powerful companion — helping us access what’s often hidden beneath the surface.
This quantum technology reads your personal information field to uncover the unconscious patterns, energetic imbalances, and root causes behind emotional, physical, or life challenges. These blocks aren’t who you are — they’re the layers of conditioning, beliefs, and experiences that have settled over your true self.
By bringing these patterns into awareness and working with frequency-based alignment, TimeWaver helps clear the “dust” so your natural state of joy, clarity, and wholeness can re-emerge.
Whether your goal is healing or manifestation, TimeWaver offers a precise, energetic map — supporting you in realigning from the inside out.
